What the institution gets

A ready international module

The international component of your program, without building it from scratch or coordinating a dozen suppliers.

Your brand, your economics

Our price is the price to the institution. The price to participants is set by you, within your program.

A format already in use

Itineraries, venues and suppliers tested with real MBA delegations.

One supplier

One contract, one quote and one point of contact, instead of separate hotels, coaches and interpreters.

Our own operation on the ground

01

Direct contracts

Hotels, coaches, guides and company agreements are our own contracts, not a resold package. The party that signs with you is the party responsible for the program.

02

Hotel block before enrolment

Central 4★ hotels, confirmed before you open enrolment: you announce a specific hotel and specific dates.

03

Coordination in your language

A coordinator based in Italy travels with the group and interprets during company visits where needed. English as standard; Portuguese and Russian available.

04

Every diet covered

Vegetarian, halal, Jain and other requirements are arranged for every meal included in the program.

Schengen

Visa support

Depending on their passport, participants may need a Schengen visa. Where they do, we prepare the Italian side of the file: invitation letter, hotel confirmations and the day-by-day program, delivered no later than 60 days before departure.

The decision on each visa rests with the consulate. We are responsible for the Italian documentation being complete, correct and on time.

Questions we are asked

Request a proposal →
Can the program carry our school’s brand? +

Yes. The module runs under your brand and inside your program. We stay in the background with participants and work with your faculty lead.

Are the companies guaranteed? +

Each company accepts the delegation individually and is confirmed at booking. If a visit becomes unavailable, we replace it with one of equivalent content and tell you before the group travels.

Why don’t you name companies on the website? +

Because a visit is a relationship, not a catalogue item. Company names are in the proposal we prepare for your group, once we know your objectives and dates.

Can faculty give lectures in Italy? +

Yes. We can book meeting rooms for your faculty, or arrange lectures by faculty from Italian universities and business schools.

What happens on weekends and holidays? +

Companies receive groups on working days only, so we build the calendar around Italian holidays and place city days and free time at weekends.

Who do participants call in an emergency? +

The coordinator with the group, and our 24/7 line. Your faculty lead has both numbers before departure.
